Software Architect

A maritime-tech startup based in Tel Aviv specializes in developing an innovative AI platform that alters the navigation practices of ship captains, ultimately enhancing safety within the shipping industry.

They are currently in search of a Software Architect / Tech Lead with substantial expertise in architecture, design, information technology, security, and networking. The ideal candidate should possess adept problem-solving skills and exhibit a passion for engineering.

What will you do?

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects

• Recruit, empower and grow team members

• Design architecture with scalability, flexibility, and maintainability in mind

• Work with Product Management, to define and spec requirements.

• Work along other teams including Algo & System teams to determine, plan and delegate tasks of software projects.

• Participate in the software engineering, processes and standards with an impact on the whole software group.
