Job Overview

You're an experienced Senior Product Designer driven by a passion for crafting exceptional, customer-centric products. In this role, you'll harness your enthusiasm for UX, design, and product development to collaborate with diverse teams and craft flawless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass creating customer-facing features, refining internal tools, contributing to design systems, and much more. Responsibilities

• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, prototypes, and visual design for complex web applications 
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
• Gather user feedback and perform usability tests to improve designs based on their feedback.
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
• Create a bold vision and propose game-changing ideas in areas of ownership Influence cross-functional partners to focus efforts on strategic, customer-back innovations that have the largest business impact
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of design into the development process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of B2C & B2B experience in product design of highly-complex systems. 
• Demonstrable application of deliberate design in your work and an eye for small details.
• Knowledge of each step of the design process and the versatility to apply them.
• An understanding of how to work with and influence a design system.
• Proficiency at scoping and estimating efforts accurately, prioritizing tasks & goals independently, and rapidly producing deliverables.

Preferred Requirements [if there is]

•  Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, design, UX, or a related discipline.
