What you’ll be doing
As Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation Manager, you will automate and optimize B-B digital marketing processes and programs, operationalize best practices, using marketing automation and Sales CRM platforms, and other tools. This role will own and oversee Scopio’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy across HubSpot and Salesforce. You will leverage inbound and outbound marketing to reach sales targets, using channels that include email marketing, website content, blogs, online events, and customer journey workflows to generate and nurture leads.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by increasing and converting website traffic through effective campaigns, landing pages and lead-generation content
- Paid media campaign planning, execution, and management
- Keyword research, SEO, and website optimization for lead generation based on target personas
- Working closely with sales, product marketing, SDR/BDR, customer success, and external agencies to successfully execute the digital marketing strategy, ensure high-quality leads, and maximize wins
- Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the success of each campaign, its impact on the sales pipeline, and ROI
- Developing and delivering digital marketing reports and dashboards to optimize and share performance and ROI
- Developing effective and scalable processes through best practices and consistency
- Maintaining data quality within the marketing and CRM databases, minimizing list decay and unsubscribes, and optimizing productivity of email marketing
- Staying up to date on digital marketing trends and potential new channels to expand reach and lower cost per acquisition
- Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand and optimize how our inbound marketing activity converts customers
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Significant experience working with HubSpot Marketing (including workflows, campaigns, integrations, and landing pages). Salesforce is an advantage
- Native English speaker, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and other technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), social network advertising (X, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Analytics, and common SEO tools and software
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and personas
- Analytical mindset, data-focused approach to work, used to working with numbers and hitting KPIs
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
