Job Description:

• For the Engineering Department, we are looking for an experienced manufacturing process engineer who will play a key role in the operation of our production lines.
• You will be the professional expert on the medical devices manufacturing process – from components suppliers to in-house production lines.
• You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of our products, pushing for constant improvement of test strategies and process development.
• You will perform engineering investigations, root cause analysis for process, machines, and yield improvements.
• You will manage manufacturing projects – capacity expansion, improving production processes, and operational excellence.
• You will own product files, specifications, and BOMs.
• You will manage and execute engineering changes
• You will manage and execute tooling and process validations
• You will be responsible for communicating with various suppliers and vendors regarding the production lines, performance, and maintenance.
• You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or other technological engineering, from a well-known institute

Job skills:

• 7+ years of experience with manufacturing engineering. From the medical, Pharma, or automotive industry
• Proven experience with semi/automated production lines
• Knowledge of production technologies for mass production
• Experienced with cross-functional projects leading, working with various departments
• Excellent writing skills
• Tool design - Advantage
• Experience in statistical analysis – Advantage

Computer skills: Full control of all MS Office applications, industrial CAD software - advantage

Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken

Personality: A team player with a CAN-DO attitude and Hands-On approach, a fast learner who quickly adapts to a highly dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, analytical mind, creative, good organizational skills
