Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Transport Modeler, located primarily in Tel Aviv-Yafo but with some flexibility for remote work. The Junior Transport Modeler will be responsible for conducting transportation analysis, building and maintaining transport models, and simulating transportation networks on both macro and micro levels. Other responsibilities will include conducting research, presenting findings to senior staff and clients, and making recommendations for improvements to transportation systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in transportation analysis and planning
• Ability to build and maintain transport models and simulate transportation networks on both macro and micro levels
• Experience with transportation forecasting and planning software, such as EMME, AIMSUN or VISSIM
• Familiarity with GIS and spatial analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Economy or a related field
• Experience with macroeconomic modeling and statistical analysis is a plus
