Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training modules for an AI agent, focusing on smart PCB component selection and optimization.

• Test and refine the AI agent's capabilities in component selection and PCB design decision-making.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest component engineering trends and AI advancements to continually improve our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in component engineering, specifically in PCB design.
• Experience working for a large component company is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
