As a Training Development Specialist, you will be responsible for Silverfort Academy content, creating from scratch products, technical e-learning videos, certification courses, labs, and exams.

Responsibilities

• Create, animate, design, and edit training videos using Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.) and produce interactive videos using capturing tools like Camtasia
• Produce, design, and build interactive courseware using Articulate Storyline
• Build quizzes and certification exams
• Create and build courses at the Silverfort Training learning management system (Docebo)
• Managing production cycles while working with subject matter experts to build and create self-paced courses and instructor-led training

Qualifications

• 3+ of experience in learning development, instructional design, and/or video production
• Experience in a cyber or SaaS company is crucial
• Experience with video creation, including recording, animation, and editing
• Experience with crafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• Complete control with video and graphics production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
• Design thinking - the ability to represent complex technical information in simple graphics ideas
• Strong communication and writing skills in English
• Experience with LMS, preferences for Docebo
