Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us and help drive Bookaway success transforming the way people travel.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Own the entire product life cycle of Bookaway website and customer experience from discovery to implementation
• Create and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, resources, and market trends, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and customer needs
• Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage data
• Gain user insight by structuring and running rigorous A/B tests, defining and observing qualitative user studies, and utilizing quantitative market research
• Work with the engineering and design teams to deliver product experiences that delight travelers across the world while aligning with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure product features are well-communicated
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a product manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and a mindset that leads to the right questions being asked.
• Experience in running A/B tests
• Critical thinker who doesn't take anything for granted and has the ability to lead change and suggest creative solutions for complex problems
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills (in Hebrew and English), with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong B2C experience, with substantial outreach to millions of users and a demonstrated history of creating impactful consumer experiences
• Experience with working in a global company
