Senior Marketing Manager

In this role, you will join the Commercial team, in a dynamic and exciting global medical device company, in a fast-paced growth environment.

The Marketing Director has full responsibility for the Marketing Life Cycle, from formulating the long-term Marketing strategy of the Regenerative Solutions Business unit and driving this strategy to full execution – from branding strategy and story, marketing materials, digital/social media presence, events and lead generation from all sources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Marketing – from Strategy to Execution
• Manage and promote content on all social media channels.
• Building supporting materials for Business Partner Community – brochures, on-line assets, sales presentations. Ensuring these materials are fully implemented and utilized.
• Formalizing the materials relating to clinical cases
• Managing web-site content
• Driving activities on professional blogs, sites/journals
• Defining and implementing the marketing story and branding guidelines.
• Increase lead generation and improve leads management.
• Overall responsibility for complete marketing budget
• Support new product launch/positioning.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years’ experience in driving large scale projects or product launches.
• Experience in various marketing disciplines – on-line/social, Branding, events, websites, PR, campaigns, video content, etc.
• Ability to work in global matrix environment.
• University Graduate – BSc. MBA – an advantage
• Fluent (mother tongue level) in written English – other languages an advantage (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian)
• Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms – an advantage
