cloud team leader

OMC Group – a leading global cloud infrastructure company, is seeking a Cloud Team Manager to join our cloud department. The role includes leading the technical team responsible for handling customer issues in the LINUX/WINDOWS environment, communication, and virtualization.

The position requires analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues, a broad perspective, a high service orientation, and the ability to work with multiple interfaces in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

·      A Course in infrastructure/communication networks management and cloud infrastructure/CCNA – mandatory.

·      Proven experience of at least three years in infrastructure/virtualization/ Microsoft/Linux operating systems – mandatory.

·      Managerial/Professional technical leadership experience – a significant advantage.

·      Experience in web-based environments – a significant advantage.

·      Training and mentoring skills, ability to work with multiple interfaces.

·      High-level English.

·       The position is located in Kiryat Bialik.
