Business Operations Manager - Premium

Job Description

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between different departments
• Implement and enhance operational policies and procedures, including identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals, plan roadmaps and build documents & presentations
• Establish and oversee team KPIs, reporting out to the team and management regularly
• Handle production incidents, identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Plan and organize team activities such as purchasing and expenses, scheduling meetings, team gifts, offsites and team activities
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Operations Manager or Project Manager in a similar role in the tech industry
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and a team player who can prioritize multiple interfaces, initiatives, and projects
• You love coming up with good strategies and know how to plan for the long-term
• You have proven experience leading cross-organizational projects or processes and you have the enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
• You have a sense of ownership, can understand the bigger picture, and know how to collaborate to achieve a common goal
• You’re analytical and comfortable in technical conversations. You’re not afraid to ask questions or dive deep into topics to learn new domains you’re not familiar with
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills that allow you to motivate internal teams and to find opportunities to drive operational efficiencies
  
  

About The Team

We’re Wix’s Premium Services team. We’re in charge of establishing and managing the financial relationship with Wix users, based on exceptional premium products.

We create products for different types of users: DIY, Partners, Channels, Enterprises and other groups within Wix, that want to offer new capabilities supporting new business models. Because Premium has a direct impact on Wix's success, some teams are more business-oriented, while others are platform-oriented. This offers the opportunity to work on different types of challenging projects.

The culture at Premium is unique. We really enjoy each other's company, so we go on overnight trips that include parties, lots of drinks, good food, gaming, and karaoke. Did we already mention we love food and drinks? :)

We have a team of 3 Business Operation Managers in Premium. Each is an important part of the leadership in specific product streams. We also work together on projects, processes, and cross-company planning.
