Operations Manager

This is your opportunity to become a key part of the management team, overseeing managers and employees while leading all aspects of production at the dairy!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production activities, ensuring compliance with work plans and objectives.

- Direct management of three department managers and indirect management of around 130 employees, addressing both professional and personal aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and individual care.

- Implement an optimal production plan, analyzing efficiency improvement methods, reducing operational costs, and providing solutions based on evolving needs.

- Supervise and control production metrics, including project management, setting standards, and implementing work procedures in an operational excellence environment.

- Maintain regular management routines and internal interfaces with engineering, maintenance, planning, logistics, quality, technology, and human resources, as well as external interfaces off-site.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is a must; preference for degrees in engineering, logistics, economics, or business management. Master's degree is an advantage.

- Experience in managing large teams and managers.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing production floors in a manufacturing facility; experience in the food industry is a plus.

- Experience in leading improvement processes and excellence according to LEAN methodology is an advantage.
