Inventory PP&C (Production Planning & Control) Engineer (Junior Position)

Olive Diagnostics (https://www.olive.earth/) is hiring an Inventory PP&C (Production Planning & Control) Engineer.

Olive is focusing in developing an innovative passive spectral device for at home measurements of urine biomarkers. Olive’s next-generation device will enable to passively analyze urine and empower users at home with early biomarkers information.

The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to work with the different departments of the company, a young and dynamic medical device startup; and, assist in the company’s transition into mass manufacturing.

You will join a team of highly qualified scientists & engineers enthusiastic to launching our initial IVD Medical Device in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the EVP of R&D and Engineering as well as to the CTO.

· Monitor and control inventory levels.

· Collaborate with suppliers for timely and efficient purchase order scheduling and tracking.

· Inventory analysis and procurement forecasting.

· Inventory management & storage concepts and models.

· Implement strategies to minimize holding costs and maximize value.

· Characterization of new processes & optimization of existing work processes.

· Work closely with various teams in the organization: Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA & QC, Integration, Sales, etc.

· Issue data from ERP software, create, and present KPIs.

Requirements:

· B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics - Must.

· Experience in PP&C/Production/Supply chain/Operation field – Advantage.

· Proficient in Material requirements planning (MRP) – Must.

· High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications - Must.

· Familiarity with production floor and operational processes - Must.

· English: high level - Must.

· Experience and knowledge with ERP software, preference to Priority.

· Ability to work in a team, team player.

· Highly motivated.

· Self-learning ability.

· Work experience in ISO13485 environment and eQMS – advantage
