Product Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

ASTERRA is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our exceptional marketing team as a maternity leave replacement starting March 2023 for 6 months with an option to extend. This full-time position is based in Kfar Saba and will report to the VP Marketing.

In this role, you'll take charge of corporate and brand positioning, messaging, storytelling, oversee services launches, create content across diverse channels, convey our solutions portfolio to customers and partners, and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate positioning and messaging by translating product functionality and technical details into user benefits and values.
• Conduct research on ASTERRA's customer profiles (personas) and market insights to ensure the product story is crafted to deliver maximum value.
• Drive services marketing launches and execute brand-related activities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams on services launches, contributing to the go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and produce content and tools across various channels, encompassing sales enablement, branding, case studies, testimonials, podcasts, eBooks, webinars, videos, articles, essays, abstracts, etc.
• Create thought leadership materials aimed at accelerating ASTERRA’s business momentum and enhancing customer engagement.
• Communicate our solutions portfolio to customers and partners through external communication channels.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and gather customer insights.
• Manage subcontractors, including PR, designers, technical writers, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
• Hands-on experience, preferably in B2B companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, goal-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible thinking.
• English as a native language.
