What This Position Is About - Purpose
This role is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of Digital Marketing (B2B and B2C) in line with JTI business objectives and strategies across all available digital touchpoints in short- and long-term perspective. Building 360° digital approach via Omni channels customization by creating one digital Eco-system. Person in this role will form and manage the digital activation plan by delivering digital activation tools to achieve engagement and the desired image among the target audience. Collaborating with digital agencies, Brand Management, Consumer Strategy team, and headquarters functions to ensure alignment, consistency in brand equity building, and effective KPIs delivery.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities
- Build plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for brands across relevant digital touchpoints in line with aligned brand objectives, consumer segmentation, communication strategy, and master plan
- Manage the digital strategy to ensure delivery of brand KPIs and ROI via effective inbound marketing plan (to attract consumers by providing valuable content and experiences tailored to them, i.e., content marketing, quiz, contests, events, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and more), retention strategies and new users' requirements
- Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns with combined analysis of end-to-end consumer experience. Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis
- Prepare and manage a digital budget
- Track and measure relevant digital metrics regularly. Provide reports and recommendations for improving the digital ecosystem (infrastructure), quality of data, and online content to attract consumers and drive their future engagement and loyalty
- Coordinate and oversee B2B & B&C digital platforms, social media accounts, and other JTI's local digital assets
- Lead cooperation with global/local agencies (digital units) and digital marketing to maximize consumer engagement opportunities and ensure effective ROI. Manage 3rd-party suppliers. Negotiate and assess the strategic relevance of developed ideas for implementation in line with brands' objectives and visual look & feel
- Provide best-in-class and timely digital mechanics and tools for Retail & in close collaboration with Brand Marketing & Sales Teams
- Support development of CRM (Consumer Relationship Management, responsibility in Consumer Strategy to best suit market needs. Be responsible for data integrity and effective deployment of CRM functionalities to run digital activation based on briefing delivered by Consumer Strategy / Brand Marketing Teams
- University degree in Business and/or Marketing
- Knowledge of marketing and digital marketing pronciples and leading trends and practices
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies; knowledge of media management and media budgets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Digital Marketing Tools Mastery including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Familiarity with WordPress
- CRM System Familiarity (Sales Force)
- Social Media Expertise with all major social media networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Proven track record in the successful management and creation of performance-based campaigns, coupled with a skillful approach to data analysis
- Technical and Digital Proficiency emphasis on expertise in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
- In-depth understanding of the worlds of UI/UX
- Advantageous familiarity with Marketing Automation systems
