As the R&D PMO at aiOla, Serve as an R&D Project Manager for multiple teams – own and facilitate their Agile ceremonies using best practices and flexibility to suit their way of working, while driving them towards greater efficiency.

You will drive sprints execution, communicate with management and stakeholder, manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance scale.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a software development R&D Project Manager in R&D oriented companies.
• B.A/B.Sc in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Solid technical background.
• Thorough understanding of development methodologies, principles, and procedures.
• Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.) to analyze and continuously improve team execution.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, strong sense of ownership.
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment, while adjusting to changing requirements driven by a fast-moving business domain.
• Proficient in working with Jira- a must
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – advantage.
  
  

• Responsible for projects gates preparation, value and KPIs definition and tracking, resources, schedule, risks, stakeholders analysis, change control, communication, etc.,
• End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables
• Project Management methodology.
• Maintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Responsible for building and tracking project / stream work plans, ensuring that all aspects of the plan are covered (completeness).
• Ensures that the projects / streams are planned correctly, that owners of each deliverable are correctly identified, and that the work is executed and aligned with the project / stream charter to meet the KPIs and planned deliverables.
• Responsible for defining and providing project / stream status reports, tracking and highlighting trends that enable predictability and achieve transparency, providing early alerts and suggesting mitigations.
• Responsible for building and tracking budget and resource plans, ensuring all aspects of the plan are covered and the budget plan is aligned with the project / stream charter in order to meet the P&L/budget.
• Governs risks and issues, facilitates periodic status and risks / issues discussions with project stakeholders.
• Governs program change control.
• Responsible for the management of deliverables (internal and external).
• Projects Value and KPIs achievement measurement and reporting.
• Governs the scope backlog (together with the project Solution Owner (SO) / Product Owner (PO).
• Maintains project documentation.
• Ensures alignment to program management methodology and tools, and contributes to knowledge sharing of procedures, methods and tools to support R&D Project Manager activities.
• Collaborates and creates synergy with other R&D Project Manager professionals.
