In this position:

You will be a part of an excellent team, and report to the company VP of Finance on quarterly, and monthly tasks and ongoing projects. This role includes responsibilities in our monthly payroll process for all company entities and reporting, as well as working with interfaces within Finance, HR, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information for more than 200 employees globally.
• Responsible for all social benefits topics - social benefits forms, 101 and 161 forms, social release letter, health insurance and others.
• Ongoing work with external pension and benefits agencies.
• Addressing queries about payroll-related issues
• Preparing and generating reports for company managers
• Management of payroll cycles for all group’s entities.
• Generating and processing payroll reports (Reserve duty benefits, travel, sick leave, convalescence, and vacation reports, etc.)
• Onboarding process for new employees
• Posting payroll JEs.
• Institutes reporting and payments.
• Responsibility for the company's attendance management system
• Commissions calculation.
  
  

• Payroll accounting certificate
• Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant, preferably within a global company
• Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP formulas)
• Responsible, thorough, good people and service skills
• Strong sense of integrity.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
• Ability to work intensely on payroll dates, to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
