Immunologist

The Immunologist role is a critical role within the Model Team. It requires a broad and solid understanding of the immune system combined with above-average quantitative thinking. The Immunologist is the entity that determines the validity of models generated by cutting-edge Machine Learning algorithms and approves them for usage by all other units of CytoReason.

You will be joining our expanding diverse and creative team of biologists, software engineers, computer scientists and bioinformaticians.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Development team of CytoReason to determine priorities and requirements of future Models
• Learn quickly the biology around the different diseases and existing treatments and become our top expert on that topic
• Perform data interpretation and analysis from a biologist’s perspective using advanced computational interfaces
• Suggest computational validations of Models using existing data
  
  

• PhD in Immunology, Oncology, or related fields or MSc with relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience working with a team
• Very strong communication skills in English
• Excellent presentation skills
  
  

• Experience in supporting pharma R&D projects
• Experience in high dimensional data interpretation
• Experience with multiple omics technologies
