Marketing PMO

Bagira is looking for a Marketing PMO who will take part in our Marketing & Sales operation and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while providing support to the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Actively managing visits of foreign delegations to Israel.
• Assisting in demos and presentations abroad.
• Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring Marketing and sales activities and tasks.
• Managing Leads databases.
• Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and new strategy.
  
  

• Previous experience in the field of marketing / project management is an advantage.
• Experience working in defense industries / IDF background - advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
• Social media experience - advantage.
• High service orientation.
• Proactive, independent, assertive, brings "Can do approach", problem solver.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalent apps.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Energetic and quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Academic degree - advantage
• Fluent English – native is a plus.
