Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Data Engineer to spearhead the establishment of a robust data department within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing databases, developing ETL processes, engaging in S2T work, and collaborating with a forward-thinking development team. This role also involves the creation of insightful dashboards to empower our company's employees with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain databases to support the organization's data needs.
• Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data integration.
• Engage in S2T (Source-to-Target) work to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with a diverse development team, leveraging advanced and versatile technologies.
• Design and implement insightful dashboards to enhance data visibility for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in S2T development and ETL processes (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SQL software and hands-on experience in a Data Warehouse (DWH) work environment.
• Versatility in working with different database systems.
• Ability to write technical characterization documents is an advantage.
• Previous experience with QLIK or TABLEAU systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
