Role Summary:

We’re excited about announcing our opening for a Data Analyst Team Lead at our Tel Aviv office. Ideal for a professional with a minimum of 3 years in data analysis, preferably with a background in a leadership or management role, this position calls for a candidate with deep expertise in SQL, a strong command of Python, and proficiency with leading BI tools. It also requires excellent skills in communication and data presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts in a hybrid work setting, offering direction and support.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Create compelling visualizations and reports using BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Quicksight.
• Clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, emphasizing teamwork and efficiency.
• Proactively adapt to evolving business needs with an agile approach.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a Data Analyst, ideally with background in a leadership or management role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Jupyter Notebooks.
• Expertise in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Quicksight.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively simplify and present complex data to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and collaborative environments.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and a quick learning aptitude.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• Background in logistics for E-commerce.
