Take the lead in the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive account reviews to guarantee customer satisfaction pre-renewal.
• Proactively identify and address customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, Distributors, and Channel partners.
• Qualify and validate the SFDC renewal pipeline for accuracy.
• Efficiently develop customer quotes within the Renewal Quoting tool.
• Ensure accurate forecasting using Clari.
• Achieve designated bookings quota and retention rate targets.
• Stay updated on Check Point solutions and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of Renewals/Sales experience with a deep understanding of renewal processes.
• Proven success in meeting quotas and renewal metrics.
• Proficient in forecasting; skilled in MS Office; familiarity with SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus).
• Desirable traits: Team player, adaptable, highly collaborative, and exceptionally organized.
• Native speaker in Swedish or Norwegian (Danish considered in some cases).
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience in the cybersecurity field is advantageous but not mandatory.
