Financial Controller

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
Work closely with external auditors and support statutory audits.
Prepare financial analyses and management reports.
Monitor accounting processes, budgeting, and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Participate in finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university – Mandatory.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory.
Background in one of the Big 4 accounting firms, preferably within the High-Tech practice at PwC or EY – Mandatory.
3–4 years of experience as a Financial Controller in a publicly traded company – Mandatory.
Hands-on Controller experience in a public company (candidates whose experience is limited to internship or audit roles in a Big 4 firm will not be considered).
Fluent English, both written and spoken – Mandatory.
Experience in a global high-tech or fintech company – Significant advantage.
