Technical Lead

The Technical leader is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and efficiency.

We are the first GDS-X for in-destination tours and activities. Our system seamlessly aggregates offerings from dozens of globally most recognized suppliers. Through meticulous collection, cleaning, and curation of vast amounts of data, we create a comprehensive and bookable ecosystem of experiences.

Bridgify enables B2B2C companies to enhance value proposition and unlock new revenues with a single, seamless integration to millions of attractions across every category.

Our product has successfully launched, surpassing our initial expectations and achieving remarkable success. We are now strategically planning extensive developments to further enhance and expand the product's capabilities.

The role will include, managing the architecture, development, quality, and delivery of the R&D team, participating in product roadmap definitions, strategy, plan releases, and leading the execution.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on

• End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables
• Running the day-to-day R&D organization
• Create a process that is fluent, self-maintained, flexible, fast, and constantly improving
• Build a great collaborative team environment and inspirational culture
• Work and lead in an Agile environment
• Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment while maintaining uncompromising quality
• Manage the delivery of multiple, development projects from design through release, and deliver on time with quality
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and others

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as CTO / VP/Director of R&D/ Technical leader in a growing startup company
• Proven record of delivering complex, large-scale consumer products
• Experience in Cloud based SAAS product
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of Python / Django
• Knowledge of SQL
• Helpful to be familiar with Typescript/React
• Knowledge of Linux
• Strong leadership skills that include: recruiting, building, coaching, providing guidance, and inspiring teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
• Highly motivated, self-driven, leads by example
