Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our gaming services but have not yet made a deposit. Your goal will be to convert these leads into active and engaged customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads who have signed up on our website but have not yet made a deposit.
• Provide detailed information about our gaming products and services to potential customers.
• Persuasively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively, providing excellent service.
• Track and document all interactions and communications with leads.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-oriented role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
