Senior Strategic Business Analyst

Job Description

• Initiate and research new growth opportunities and analyze Wix strategic efforts to help management to make strategic business decisions
• Conduct quantitative analyses for Wix management on topics like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs
• Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company
• Translate research data and findings into actionable, strategic insights with storytelling, data visualization, and skillful presentations
• Define KPIs and create reports to monitor and analyze key strategic efforts
• Work closely with teams across the organization including Marketing, Product, Sales and other to promote and drive business improvements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Senior analyst with 3+ years of experience who is independent and can take full ownership of their domain
• Curious individual with a strategic and business mindset who has a track record of success in quantitative fields
• Detail-oriented but also able to understand the big picture
• Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau
• Team player who is fun to work with
• Comfortable with certain levels of pressure
• Enjoy solving problems and answering business questions using real data
  
  

About The Team

We are the Growth & Strategy team in the Management Business Analysis Group. We work closely with the CEO and Senior Management to provide analytical support for strategic decision making for Wix. This includes initiating and researching new growth directions, monitoring and improving Wix’s business performance, and raising flags when we see a risk or an opportunity. Ultimately, we have an impact on Wix’s decision-making at the highest levels, and see & impact the big picture while expanding your abilities and experience. We’re also really nice people, who help each other out and win together.
