As the VP Product at 365Scores, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sports app and driving innovation to new heights. We're seeking a visionary leader who is understands the world of sports, as well as the evolving landscape of mobile apps, and can translate that knowledge into an exceptional user experience. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated product managers, designers, and engineers to create the ultimate sports platform that fans can't live without.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive user acquisition, and with the monetization team to grow our business

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience with B2C products, that would preferably include sports or entertainment mobile products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling consumer-facing products, as a VP Product / a leader of product team, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to push the personal growth of his own team, while motivating cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making 
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports app landscape.
• Previous experience in the worlds of online gaming is a plus
