PPC Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on campaign building and management
• Training new team member
• Full responsibility for Search account activity – Google, Microsoft, Apple
• Daily activity management, monitoring of results and optimization: Ads, assets, negative, SQR
• Expanding the activity (keywords, ads, campaigns) regularly based on sports events and with optimization needs
• Weekly & Monthly reporting as requested
• Manage multi-target activity for multiple Brands and locations.
• Guiding and helping account managers on a daily level.
• Work by monthly target
• On-going tests, analysis, and insights.
• Work closely and report to the Search Director and higher management.

Requirements:

• B.A/BSc in relevant field
• Ability to manage PPC team
• Experience in the RMG industry – sports betting/casino - Big Advantage
• 2+ years of experience with B2C performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads - Must
• A high level of English is a MUST, and Portuguese / German /Spanish - is a great advantage.
• Deep understanding of the conversion-rate-optimization strategies and AB testing methodologies
• Experience in managing a 6-digit monthly budget (USD) - Must
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and technical ability.
• Ability to work on global campaigns in several languages and different goals
• High project-management skills with strong self-executing abilities
• Passion for Football and other Sports - Advantage
