Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing/Director of Marketing at Zorro, you will play a pivotal role in Zorro’s growth. Working closely with the CEO, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional project management skills, a strong grasp of CRM systems, and expertise in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, serving as the central figure in all marketing activities.

·     Align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives.

·     Take charge of building the top of the funnel through strategic initiatives in SEM, newsletters, and other digital marketing channels

Qualifications:

·     Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally with a focus on B2B, fintech, or HR-tech products.

·     Deep understanding of the U.S. industry landscape, with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies.

·     Strong project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

·     Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.

·     A Hubspot ninja.

·     Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.

·     Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·     Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
