Digital & Operations Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking for Digital & Operations Marketing Manager to be part of the marketing team in Commit. As part of the job you will:

• Manage the company’s global social media channels, creating and curating engaging and relevant content.
• Oversee marketing automation tools including Eventbrite, Landing Pages, Salesforce, HubSpot, AI tools, and others.
• Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and aligned with the brand's messaging and goals.
• Develop and create compelling marketing collateral, such as PPT presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and presentations, to support sales and promotional activities, and giveaways.
• Manage customer and prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis in Israel, Europe, and the US to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
• Coordinate, and execute various marketing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and marketing operations. (3+ years).
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools such as Eventbrite, Landing Pages, Salesforce, and AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and technology industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
