Director of Product Management

A company specializing in Cyber Security and Big Data develops a product that learns and identifies users' daily behavior, instantly alerting any anomalies or data leaks outside the company. They collaborate with well-established international ENT companies, serving over 6700 clients worldwide and growing at a rate of 30% annually. The company offers luxurious offices, flexible hours, Pilates and yoga classes for employees, and a variety of company events promoting well-being.

The role involves managing a team of 4 product managers, reporting to the VP, with 20-30% hands-on involvement (in tasks like writing stories and design). Managing the product group's strategy in Cyber Security domains requires extensive work on forward-thinking strategies, implementing them with product managers, and transferring them to development teams. It's a 360-degree job, encompassing Inbound and Outbound aspects, being the owner of the entire product domain you're responsible for.

Products operate in a Cloud environment, targeting B2B clients.

Located in the Sharon region, embraces a hybrid model, with some work done in the office and the remainder remotely. They have 700 employees in Israel and a total of 2000 worldwide.

Requirements-

• 6 years experience in product management

• Domain expertise in cyber security (Focusing on Data Protection) – significant advantage

• Strong leadership skills with a 2 years experience managing product managers and multiple product lines

• Experience delivering vision, strategy and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership

• Experience working, and leading, cross-functional delivery teams

• Strong experience in effective, collaborative work with all departments of the company

• Experience in product management of complex enterprise software, with modern software development processes

• Experience in a variety of software delivery models: on-prem, cloud, managed services

• Strong desire and ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges and communicate a vision for how products can address those challenges

• Great communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
