Execution Manager for Algorithms Group

The R&D department is looking for anExecution Manager that will be responsible for takingownership of the deliveries of the team in the agreed-upon time and quality.

The Execution Manager will take actions to ensure the schedule and quality are met, will help the product owner maintaining the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress.

Help the team to determine the definition of done for the product, with input from key stakeholders, Help the team avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.

Promoting self-organization and cross-functionality within the team and facilitating team meetings to ensure regular progress.

What will your job look like:

• Work with the development team of a specific technology, consisting of algorithms, software, validation, and product.
• You will Interact daily with the technology development team, and other teams involved in the project.
• You will be responsible for enabling schedules, and ensuring all deliverables.
• You will contribute to tools and methodologies developed to improve the effectiveness of the development process.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience in leading activities and efforts in an organized development environment
• Good understanding of development processes and engineering systems
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Out of the box thinking and outstanding problem solving skills
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Major Can-do attitude
  
  

• Past development/validation management role
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• M.Sc. / MBA
• Hands-on experience with Jira
