The Opportunity

Landa is on the lookout for a sharp, tech-savvy CPA to steer the financial reporting of our burgeoning real estate portfolio across the U.S. You’ll be reporting directly to the controller. If the fusion of numbers and scalability excites you, this role could be your next big move.

Responsibilities

Automate to Dominate: Work with our engineering team to streamline report automations
SEC Liaison: Collaborate closely with auditors to ensure our SEC filings are flawless
Data Analysis: Leverage SQL queries to provide insightful analysis of our nationwide residential real estate portfolio
Financial Narrator: Deliver precise and insightful financial reports to our internal team, board of directors, and investors

Requirements

US CPA Certification
Effective Communication Skills: You'll be the bridge between finance and tech

Recommended

Proficiency in ChatGPT
Big data analytics
Basic knowledge in SQL and Python
