Marketing Manager

Hi there- We’re Thank You, Inc., a product studio based in Tel Aviv. Thank You is a holding company that creates, grows, and buys lean, partnership-based products with No-code foundations. We believe that these products are the future. Our first product is ty-gpt.com, and we're working on building many more.

Our concept is simple: When we find an idea, we run it through our validation framework. Then, we aim to get an MVP to market within 30 days or less and experiment through partnerships to see if a product works. If it does, we’ll keep investing in it. If it doesn’t, we let it go and start fresh. Our goal is to run 10 MVP experiments in 2024.

I’m looking to bring a marketing manager with a strong product marketing background to help take this off the ground. Please pay attention: This is employee #1 position and will probably be very dynamic.

The job:

- Conduct User interviews to understand which ideas can be useful, what’s working, and what’s not.

- Research our customers and market to define our ICP and positioning. You will be responsible for the messaging across our marketing funnel.

- Collect user feedback to help influence our product’s roadmap marketing strategy and generate positive public reviews.

- Plan our go-to-market strategies for product releases and feature updates.

- Run campaigns (Including PPC and cold outreach) to help with user acquisition.

- Convert prospects into paying customers by creating user journeys for all stages of our funnel: consideration, purchase, activation, onboarding, and ongoing.

- Work with the design teams to shape our websites, user interfaces, and the overall user experience.

Requirements:

• At least one year of marketing experience or relevant equivalent experience. Ideally, you'd have some experience working with customers and not just within platforms.
• Native English - All communication is written in American English.
• A solid technical orientation.
• Available to work from the office in Tel Aviv (3-4 days in the office).
• Need to be able to issue an invoice (contractor).
• Self-starter and adaptive personality- This is employee #1 position!
