Data Science Team Leader

Leading a team of four experienced Data Scientists in the field of Indoor Tracking.

Professional lead, including: brain storming, practical guidance in problem solving, adherence to the development and validation flows, including field trials. Direct supervision of team members.

Reporting to VP R&D in a deep tech startup company.

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree in a quantitative field: Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics.

• Work experience of at least eight years in algorithm R&D, data analysis and model construction.

• 5+ years of managerial experience.

• Past experience in full development cycle for algorithms implementation, from research and analysis of experimental data analysis, through intensive debugging and testing to official SW product release.

• Extensive experience in statistical data analysis methodology, statistical signal processing, estimation theory, data and sensors fusion

• Research experience in machine learning, and data science.

• Practical experience in navigation, geo-location, robotics and IoT.
