HR Systems Analyst

You can Expect:

• Analyze the organization's business needs and adapt Success Factors to meet those needs.
• Provide technical support to users of Success Factors, including troubleshooting and answering questions.
• Overseeing a variety of projects from end-to-end within the areas of responsibility
• Implement new business processes in Success Factors.
• Make improvements and updates to Success Factors, such as adding new features or changing existing processes.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as SAP HR or SuccessFactors System Analyst or Implementer.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
