We are seeking an inspiring leader to manage our dynamic product team.

As a Team Manager, you will guide and develop a team of five, steering innovative products from conception to consumer shelves.

Responsibilities:

•Responsibility on managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and align them around a shared vision and goals

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of a product team consisting of 5 dedicated professionals.

• Drive the full product development lifecycle, from ideation via market launch through the various stages of its life cycle in the market

• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with company objectives across departments like manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality and engineering.

• Mentor and support team members, ensuring professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent.

• Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years managing teams, preferably in product development.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with a track record of successful market introductions.

•Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of making data-driven decisions that enhance product success.

•Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.

•Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing circumstances, and find innovative solutions to challenges.

• Proficient in both Hebrew and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
