Assistant Corporate Controller

floLIVE is seeking a talented Corporate Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

As such, you will be assisting in managing the financial reporting and compliance operations.

We provide a Connectivity Management Service for Enterprises, Cloud providers, IoT service providers, and Mobile Operators, allowing them to connect their devices anywhere in the world and manage them from a single interface.

What will you do?

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reports.
• Managing the bookkeeping team.
• Assisting in Audit processes (for the Consolidated FS and the local international audits).
• Managing the Cash flow balances.
• Interacting with other departments (Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Sales) to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare Statutory Financial Statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Managing the general ledger, overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with budgets and monthly payments.
• Reporting to Corporate Controller.

What are we looking for?

• CPA with a minimum of 2 years experience in one of the big 4 – A Must,
• (high-tech industry- an advantage).
• Experience as Assistant Controller in the high-tech industry – A Must.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, multi-tasking skills, independent, highly motivated, and committed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
• High work ethic, hands-on, independent capability, fast data learning, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Familiarity with BI Systems and NetSuite ERP- Big Advantage.
