You’re a good fit if you: 

Have worked in an R&D environment in a tech company 

Live and breathe the tech world

Know the different tech verticals and can name examples of companies in each

Are passionate about helping others level up their career in tech

Have experience as part of the Operations team of a growth-stage company

Have experience in tech recruiting or part of the recruitment process - an advantage

Are a clear communicator 💬

Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and Get Stuff Done 💪
