Assistant Controller

Do Good Comapny Alert! Bioforum is an innovative, data-oriented Clinical Research Organization (CRO) providing high-quality, tailored solutions for Pharmaceutical Companies Clinical Trials. With over 200 employees globally (and the biggest data focused CRO in Israel), we are looking for a talented Assistant controller to join our finance department for various tasks and responsibilities. We offer flexibility, Hybrid (Home+Office) work model, at a fast-growing company that is becoming major player in its field. 

Responsibilities

●       Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes of the Company and its subsidiaries.

●       Manage the daily accounting, including ongoing cash flow P&L, and balance sheets.

●       Cash flow management, including billing, collection, salaries and payments to vendors. Work with inhouse

bookkeeping department.

●       Review monthly expenses for subsidiaries, sister companies and intercompany balances.

●       Monitor and perform accounting analysis to ensure accuracy.

●       Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency

●       Reconcile intercompany balances.

●       Prepare quarterly reports for investors and financial institutions.

●       Prepare annual audits and tax reports with the Company’s external auditors.

●       Structure financial procedures within the company.

Qualifications

●       2+ years of experience in a “Big 4” accounting firm

●       IL CPA.

●       Organized and Detail oriented

●       Strong EXCEL experience.

●       High level of English.

●       Willingness to travel abroad for work - Advantage

●       Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

●       Self-learner.
