Role Description

This is a full-time Digital Development Architect and Tech Leader role that will be based at our office in Rishon LeZion. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions based on specific business needs and technical capabilities, utilizing lean and agile methodologies to create successful projects. As a Digital Development Architect and Technology Leader, you'll be instrumental in:

• Leading the technological development of our digital assets, aligning them with evolving business needs.
• Architecting and building development infrastructures in the digital realm, collaborating with infrastructure and architecture teams.
• Providing professional guidance and support to development teams (internet, mobile, system analysts, and technology project managers).
• Ensuring the availability and stability of digital assets with proactive thinking and 24/7 management of production issues.
• Collaborating with technological interfaces, business units, and technology providers both domestically and internationally.
• Leading R&D in digital domains while maintaining technological currency and innovation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital development architecture in large organizations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading development teams.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and interfacing with various teams.
• Strong Experience in .NET development (+5 Years)
• Experience in Node.js development (preferably Nest).
• Experience in developing with Front-end development using Angular (+2 Years)
• In-depth knowledge in software engineering and various Design Patterns.
• A broad understanding of business and technological processes.
• Independent, proactive, and current approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (Advantage)
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure. (Advantage)
