V-HOLA Labs is an innovative technology company based in Kfar Saba that specializes in AI-driven energy management for electric vehicles. Our AI engine incorporates cutting-edge modelling techniques to monitor and optimize energy consumption based on both the vehicle and driver.

Its AI engine handles energy consumption, while taking into account, both the vehicle’s design on the one hand, and the driver’s behaviour on the other hand. For vehicles, our innovative modelling technique ties together a new and proprietary data source from the vehicle and vehicle’s design and its power consumers, effectively tracking and rectifying power inefficiencies in EVs. For drivers, we've designed a pioneering virtual sensor strategy. This delivers real-time feedback on energy conservation methods, guiding drivers to consistently achieve superior energy efficiency scores on every journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the project team to realize the project Quality Delivery Cost (QDC) objectives (estimate, plan and track the project development activities)
• Take ownership of customer and project issues, and work closely with team for resolution
• Provide avenue to work with other teams (local and overseas) when needed
• Make recommendations to prevent problems and manage potential risks when necessary
• Develop and utilize project timelines for project tasks and ensure target dates are met for multiple projects
• Provide necessary documents for each project milestone release and ensure project status are communicated timely to all stakeholders
• Need to be flexible to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, changing requirements and unpredictable events
• Frequent travel for new project kick-off, project progress discussion and alignment
• Support RFI/RFQ activities in providing feasible work breakdown, manpower planning, and development schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as project manager or similar roles in the automotive industry
• Experience in managing automotive related project is essential
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as electrical/software/mechanical engineer or related positions
• Ability to manage the different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, schedule, etc.
• Good knowledge in the areas of product development processes and quality assurance
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and/or ASPICE will be added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage pressure
• Good communication skills
• Minimum Bachelors of Science, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent
