Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NetApp Technical Account Consultant. The NetApp Technical Account Consultant will be responsible for providing analytical and consulting skills to customers, and in providing technical support and troubleshooting services as needed. The Consultant will also be responsible for sales support, as needed by the business.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support experience
• Experience in Sales Support
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with NetApp is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
