Position: Customer service & compliance representative

Be a vital part of our social investment and lending platform by joining the Investor Department at Be The Bank. We're looking for a Compliance Representative to ensure seamless operations and manage money laundering risks.

Job Description:

• Deliver exceptional customer service within the department.
• Oversee money laundering risks and ensure operational compliance for all investors through internal enforcement and interaction.
• Continuously manage and document goals outlined in the internal enforcement program, utilizing the CRM system.
• Report to the Compliance Manager within the Investors Department.

Location: Our branch is situated near Netsava Center Poleg, close to the Sapir train station.

Requirements:

• Strong service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in finance and technology is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in office software.
• Full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00.
