Project Manager

An American software, consulting and technology company providing several professional services and electronic products. It manufactured self-service kiosks, point-of-sale terminals, automated teller machines, check processing systems, and barcode scanners.

We are lokking for a Project Manager!

The Project Manager role includes the responsibility for leading, organizing, planning, securing and controlling resources to achieve a defined project's goals

" Accountable for the assigned projects activities.

" Create and maintain project plans, including formulation and definition of project scope and Risk Management Measuring, and monitoring the progress at clearly-defined points to assure on-time, on-budget and high quality project delivery that meets or exceeds expectations.

" Forecast and control resource, revenue & cost for the project (including time tracking).

" Independent or collaborative work with a team of assigned professional resources, on all technical aspects of the project.

" Assure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitments are communicated to all internally and externally affected team members, including senior management and account functions.

" Manage of all project-related customer interactions.

" Full responsibility for project budget and invoicing.

" Assure that the project team follow all quality assurance processes, including regular reviews and transitions, and supervision of version control and release activities.

" Matrix management (typically) of a professional team on relevant project(s).

" Conduct periodic progress meetings with customer / internally and provide status reports.

" Report to program manager, PMO and/or senior executives on the progress of individual projects.

" Co-ordinate and/or create new SOW content for his projects, and submit to program manager / PS partner for approval.

" Responsible of all aspects of project data including PSA and project reporting.

" Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

" Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar is required

" 3-5 years of experience on the same or similar position

" Professional Services/Project Management knowledge required

" Ability to present information in a consistent, organized and accurate manner

" Excellent interpersonal/ leadership skills interfacing with management and peers

" A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision

" Required to be a hands on person and to be able to work in multi-tasking environment
