Orlanda Engineering OÜ is an Estonia-based engineering company that provides a diverse range of design solutions for the construction industry. Our team is composed of highly skilled individuals specializing in glass and aluminum structures, as well as steel structures, and various kinds of claddings. We've successfully completed dozens of complex projects thanks to our competent and high-quality engineering work, which is our primary asset. Our partner countries include China, Israel, Italy, and Poland, and we've completed over 100 projects with a staff of 20+ employees.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developingand implementing effective sales stragegies to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of designing ventilated facades, balcony systems, glazing of facades and knowledge of the window, glass and aluminum industries;
• High communication skills, ability to negotiate and demonstrate the value of the product to the client;
• Understanding of project sales;
• Competent oral and written speech, active life position and desire for high income;
• Ability to analyze and research the market;
• Good knowledge of the engineering market;
• Proven experience in expanding sales and building relationships with EU customers;
• Knowledge of Hebrew & English/ or Russian languages at a high level;
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibilities:

• Search and attraction of new clients and projects;
• Active interaction with customers, including preparing and conducting presentations, specifications and commercial proposals;
• Adaptation of the company’s global goals in the global market and development of effective product promotion strategies;
• Providing professional advice and technical support to clients and selecting optimal solutions;
• Increased sales primarily in the North American, UK and Scandinavian markets.
