We're looking for a QA Hardware Technical lead for an interesting and challenging position, working with one of the most interesting and leading teams in Israel!

This is a full time position in Haifa (Matam).

Testing Thunderbolt products at Qualitest Test Labs at Intel Labs. The position involves testing new products, with a focus on utilizing both manual and automated testing environments.

What we do?

Our work is in the silicon validation world.

We ramp-up setups, with hubs, usb devices and other type of devices.

Our activities span both manual and automated processes.

In the realm of automation, we utilize tools developed by Intel to streamline our operations.

On the manual side, tasks are performed either manually or through script execution, demanding a more hands-on approach.

Our responsibilities extend to reading logs and understand the issues that may occur, all the while assisting engineers in problem resolution.

Additionally, we employ tools for signal analysis and sampling to enhance our troubleshooting capabilities.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of technical strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Assist in facilitating communication within the technical team.
  
  

• Assist in providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with the Team leader in fostering a positive and innovative team culture.
  
  

• Practical Electronics Engineer- Must.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware verification - Must.
• Strong understanding of hardware.
• Good English - must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Full time + overtime if necessary.
