A leading defense company in Kiryat Gat needs an engineer for the development of jigs and smart devices
Integration in the production engineering team in aspects of designing smart aids and facilities for the benefit of improving and streamlining production in IWI factories.

Mechanical-engineering planning of smart production aids, jigs and fixtures according to the needs of the production floor and new products.
Management of planning surveys (SRR, PDR, CDR, FDR) in front of engineers and officials in the company.
Joint work with thosein positions on the production floor for the success of the project

Qualifications

Mechanical engineer - mechanical designer.
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design of jigs, production aids and smart devices.
Ability to prioritize and manage independent tasks, meeting the schedule.
Willingness and ability to learn and quickly understand processes, creativity and lateral perspective.
Full control of Solidworks including production drawings - mandatory
Understanding in the selection of materials for production, coatings and thermal treatments as part of the planning requirements - a must
Knowledge and use of the PDM environment is an advantage
Speaks technical English at a high level and has good articulation in Hebrew and English
