R&D Manager

We're looking for a talented R&D manager to lead the development of one of our key business domains. This is a highly influential role that has a significant impact on the success and roadmap of the product.

The right person should have experience in the Ad-Tech domain (either managerial or hands-on) and experience with leading backend, client development, and QA teams.

As the R&D manager, you will participate in hiring, leading, and developing teams of highly skilled and talented people working together in an agile environment to develop and scale a product with our already proven technologies and user base. You will be working closely with senior management, product management, business leads, and our global teams (Tel Aviv, UK, Georgia, and others).

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-performing global teams (probably manage at least 2-3 different squads)
• Quickly deliver high-quality, scalable, mobile application and backend infrastructure
• Develop high-performing teams of clients, backend developers, and QA engineers
• Measure, analyze, and improve existing software to enhance performance and functionality
• Research and suggest new technologies to improve scale and performance
• Partner with leaders across the business to understand all perspectives of the project to execute a cohesive strategy
  
  

• 3+ years as a R&D manager/team lead managing global multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong background with server side technologies and architecture
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields; or equivalent work experience
• Advantage - Experience with mobile technologies (iOS and Android)
• Big Plus - Ad-Tech domain experience
