What will you do in SuperPlay?:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of the Game Art department and a main focal point between the product team and the creative team.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Planning, monitoring, and prioritizing creative game art and outsourced pipelines while dealing with constant changes in the workflow
• Reassuring the art team meets the deadlines given by the PO team.
• Dealing with stressful situations while keeping the team high spirited and focused on their projects without interruptions.
• Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
• Predicting and Managing the resources needed to effectively and efficiently reach your goals.
• Maintaining relationships and negotiating contracts with global vendors
• Working in association with the ART Director on maintaining monthly and quarterly professional and welfare meetings of the art department.
• Senior project manager will be initiating relevant projects and meeting project requirements of teams Art Director
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager/producer/similar role in the art/gaming/entertainment industry.
• Work experience with digital products
• Autodidact with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications simultaneously
• Practical experience with Monday platform
• Excellent control of MS Office/Google Doc tools
• Detail oriented and an organized mindset
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability to work full time from the office in Tel Aviv and work off-hours if needed
• Can do attitude, go to person, assertive and a team player
